We apply a huge range of surface coatings to new components and also offer a full strip and recoat service for previously coated items requiring refurbishment. Our stripping, blasting and coating facilities are extensive and can handle items in excess of 7 mtrs in length x 3 mtrs width
We have heavy duty air circulating curing ovens which are fuelled by either gas or electric and are digitally controlled ensuring that correct curing schedules are met. Our Sand blasting, grit blasting, bead blasting and aqua blasting units are designed to accomodate items of differing sizes and mass eg small castings to vehicle bodyshells. We have developed a vast range of jigging fixtures allowing most components and enquiries to be accomodated for coating without the need for additional expensive tooling charges.
We are happy to process batches from single items to 100,000's off and can offer coating systems ranging from general corrosion resistant primers, High Quality Powder Coatings through to Non Stick Coatings and High performance fluoropolymer coatings.
